Just came back from a two day trip to London! Grandma took me there to get away from all the stress surrounding my final exams, isn't that sweet of her? The trip itself was, of course, about ten several shades of awesome and grandma and I had a LOT of fun.

We'd both been to London already, but were really looking forward to going there again since it's been a while. This time, we've seen practically everything that's cool/famous/nice/great. We booked a hotel in Bloomsbury near Russell Square's Underground, so it was pretty easy to get to other parts of the city. I'm still amazed at how fast and smooth the Underground works! You don't ever have to wait for the train to arrive; it's just there within a minute.

Anyway, grandma and I of course did some major shopping and we were very glad we'd brought an extra suitcase just in case (it was very much needed, haha). Finally got a cute summer skirt and a lovely pair of sunglasses! Gosh, how I love London. It's an amazing city altogether, and the people are so kind. (I had many lovely conversations and a lot of email adress exchanges, haha.) Also, we walked from Leicester Square to Piccadilly Circus at night, and it was so incredibly busy and beautiful and amazing. All the lights, the cute little restaurants and pubs, and all the people dressed up for a night out.
